Betty Husak joined the LQ Commercial Property Management team in 2013 and has since become the Senior Special Projects Coordinator. Betty has over 45 years of accounting experience. Bett received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Hodges University.

Her formal work experience includes over 10 years working at CPA firms, as Corporate Controller for a commercial builder, a Corporate Controller for a residential home builder, a Corporate Accounting Trainer in the hotel industry, owning her own bookkeeping and tax service company, and working as an independent business consultant for small startups.

At LQ, Betty is not only an expert in accounting and business operations, her kindness and fortitude do wonders to inspire our whole team to achieve greater success daily, and to make her proud!

Betty is responsible for assisting in new property set up, lease administration, new tenant set up, processing tenant amendments and assignments, preparing lease abstracts, and preparing year-end CAM reconciliations for all our properties.

She works closely with the Accounting Department and all our Property Managers, whenever they need her.

Her dedication, determination, and compassionate heart make her a uniquely valuable asset to LQ Commercial and to each of our clients.
