Karen Goss is a Property Manager at LQ Commercial Property Management, based in the Tampa Bay area.

With a background in the multi-family industry and experience at notable companies such as Sembler, RMC, CBRE, and Cushman & Wakefield, Karen has developed a strong foundation in commercial management, leasing, and sales.

Before joining LQ, Karen was involved overseeing hundreds of executive and virtual office tenants in Ybor City, where she has lived for over 16 years.

She is actively involved in the community, serving on the Board for the Ybor City Neighborhood Association and the Ybor City Development Corporation.

Karen’s professional experience, regional community engagement, and strong relationships with other businesses, vendors, and community leaders have enabled her to provide consistent results for her clients.

She is responsible for supervising repairs and maintenance, ensuring tenant compliance with lease regulations, developing budgets, planning expenditures, and creating overall value to increase her clients’ bottom line.

Since joining the LQ team, Karen has coupled her skills, knowledge, and experience with the team’s support, strength, and resilience to help clients navigate the challenges of the real estate industry.
